Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Since each lamp is 3D printed and customized, processing times may vary slightly depending on the design and order volume.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

1. 3–7 business days for most locations within India.
2. Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched so you can follow your delivery status anytime.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

Order Delays

While we do our best to deliver your lamp on time, delays can occur due to unforeseen courier or weather issues. In such cases, our support team will keep you updated until your order arrives.

Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We’ll review and assist you with a replacement or resolution.
