Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from msigma.tech! Every 3D printed lamp is carefully made and checked before shipping, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if you’re not completely satisfied. To be eligible, the lamp must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund and let you know by email.

Please note:

1. We don’t offer exchanges at the moment.
2. Returns are not accepted for broken or damaged products after delivery.
3. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video, and our support team will review and assist you right away.
