Refund policy

At msigma.tech, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your 3D printed lamp, we’ll do our best to make it right.

You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets our return conditions:

1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Refunds will not be issued for broken or damaged items after delivery.
3. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We’ll verify the issue and arrange a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
